BIAS Technology Support is an established and well respected company within the data capture industry. The combination of dedicated staff and reliable suppliers has attracted an ever growing base of loyal customers.

The key members of the BIAS team have been working together for over a decade and have notched up over 100 years of experience of providing top level support in the barcode and data capture industry.

BIAS has established itself as a more general IT Support specialist by expanding the range of services on offer. Our knowledge and experience allows us to provide more depth for existing clients and to attract new clients who may not have data capture equipment in use.

Paul has been in the mobile data terminal repair industry for over 25 years, having worked for various OEM’s and independent resellers. Thus gaining a wealth of knowledge with both hands on and management experience.

(Technical Director)

Stuart has been in the data terminal industry for over 20 years, specialising in terminal operating systems, applications and wireless networking. Stuart is Cisco trained and qualified in Radio surveys, wireless network installation testing and diagnostics.
