BIAS supplies a short term 24/7 with 4 hour response onsite maintenance package to a major high street food retailer. The time period is to cover the busy Christmas period. Engineers are put on standby and are fully equipped with the latest tools and diagnosis equipment.

BIAS's Technical division get a call for help from a major high street food retailer on a Saturday. BIAS's engineers are onsite within 3 hours and fix the fault within 1 hour. BIAS engineers leave the site at 8pm when all tests are completed. The customers IT Manager is grateful and asks BIAS's opinions on a fail safe procedure.
BIAS Wins Wireless Installation

Within 2 months of trading BIAS wins a major wireless install with a fresh produce retailer. The wireless install is completed ahead of schedule with minimal fuss.
BIAS Technology Support Ltd Starts Trading

The engineers who previously worked for The ITR Group buy the assets from the liquidators and make a brand new start on their own. BIAS moves into premises on Holton Heath Trading Park and set off running; fixing terminals for customers who have no contract due to the demise of ITR. BIAS does their upmost to earn the trust of customers, by providing a professional service with uncompromising honesty.
