Extending Wireless Coverage

One of BIAS Technology Supports current customers requires additional coverage within a cold store. Using our experiences from drawings only the customers uses its own engineers to run a cable to the suggested mounting position. BIAS Technology Support then comes on site to install and commission the new access point. The original cable is found to be of excessive length due to it being rolled near the end point. The cable is shortened and retested where it now passes. The AP is mounted in an IP67 enclosure, fitted in position and commissioned.

Whilst on-site the engineer is asked to have a look at the Terminals on-site and their are login issues. It is found that if the terminals disconnect from the session that they can not log back in due to licensing issues. The error is refereed back to the customers technical support.
