Because most of the equipment maintained by BIAS is legacy or older equipment, it is easy to spot industry trends and focus attention on equipment that is heavily installed and will require long term support for years to come.

Many of these skills are transferable to other sectors of the information technology industry. BIAS has established itself as a more general IT Support specialist by expanding its offering, while maintaining the high quality delivery the team is known for.

This will allow BIAS to provide more depth for existing clients and to attract new clients that may not have data capture equipment in use. Clients using BIAS's Gateway, have often requested the same level of reporting and information for other equipment used in their businesses. In the past, we have turned this business away focusing only on data capture equipment. Now, as we extend our offering to a broader view of the IT sector, customers will finally be able to have Gateway access and reporting for more than just their data capture equipment.
