All work is carried out at BIAS’s dedicated facility in Poole, Dorset by a team of expert engineers, the business has strict quality control processes. BIAS not only repair faults that are reported but provide a complete health check and undertake any preventative maintenance work at the time of each repair. Repairs are not all that is carried out, modification and upgrade work, latest BIOS releases, software loading, battery management and many other areas are also covered providing a comprehensive and proactive approach to maintenance.
Customers are very diverse and so are BIAS in fact you will find BIAS involved in supply chain operations, retail sales, warehousing, transportation and logistics, manufacturing and many other areas providing mission critical support where its needed the most.
