The key members of the BIAS team have been working together for over a decade and have notched up over 100 years of experience of providing top level support in the barcode and data capture industry.

BIAS has established itself as a more general IT Support specialist by expanding the range of services on offer. Our knowledge and experience allows us to provide more depth for existing clients and to attract new clients who may not have data capture equipment in use.

Sean has been in the data terminal industry for over 10 years and manages the “Gateway” our web based repair tracking system. Sean is also responsible for spares inventory and ISO 9001 procedures.

Stuart has been in the data terminal industry for over 15 years, specialising in terminal operating systems, applications and wireless networking. Stuart is Cisco trained and qualified in Radio surveys, wireless network installation testing and diagnostics.
