Quality Policy

The management of BIAS Technology Support Ltd are dedicated to providing the highest possible standards of quality for its products and services and are dedicated to maintaining a Quality Management system which ensures that its products and services meet requirements agreed with its customers at all times.

The Quality Management system includes both general and specific Quality Objectives which are achieved by concentration upon error prevention by investigating processes, identifying errors or opportunities for errors and implementing corrective and preventative action to avoid such occurrences.

The organization defines quality as the conformance of products and services to established and documented requirements derived from customer needs, employee expertise and experience. The Quality Management system and Quality Objectives are open to constant review by all company personnel and approved third parties enabling observations to be made and incorporated, which provide for continuous
improvement.

The organization is proud of its good reputation for responsible practices and dedicated customer care, which is a result of the organization’s ethical culture, skilled committed staff, and quality control over its products and services. It is the organization’s policy to operate to these standards continuously and to maintain a Quality Management System that through annual review achieves on-going certification to the BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard.

The organization complies with all legislation relevant to its particular industry sector together with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

It is the organization’s belief that, in applying these standards, it will be able to operate to the requirements of its customers and industry accordingly.

Suppliers to the organization will be actively encouraged to improve the quality and reliability of their products and services.

BIAS Technology Support Ltd have identified the need to pursue responsible policies towards the community and that the interests of industry will not be served at the expense of the environment.
